Cristóbal, counsel of the Energy practice of the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources group at Barros & Errázuriz, has centered his practice on regulated markets in general. His areas of practice include advising on corporate matters and regulated markets in general, especially to energy companies in the different areas of the business (with special emphasis on the generation and transmission segments), both in corporate and regulatory matters and in the negotiation of contracts of supply and tolls; the structuring, financing, and implementation of energy projects; acquisition of assets and companies; tenders and other administrative processes; enforcement proceedings and dispute resolution among industry players; as well as advice to construction and real estate companies in the development of projects and administrative procedures.
