Emanuela Guevara

Emanuela, senior associate at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, has more than 7 years of professional experience, concentrating her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions.

She has worked in different jurisdictions as international secondee, foreign intern and paralegal in Central America, South America and in the U.K. Her practice is focused on the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions advising multinational corporations and international clients on the acquisition of national companies and Colombian companies in acquisitions abroad. Emanuela also advices permanently to different clients of the firm, on day-to-day issues, particularly in corporate and contractual matters.
