His experience involves advising national and international companies in the following sectors: telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, hydrocarbons, etc. He has been a professor of tax law at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Javeriana and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and authored the book: “Sentencias de Unificación Jurisprudencial y Mecanismo de Extensión / Aplicación en Materia Tributaria”.
