Andrea Pieschacón

Andrea, senior associate at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, is specialist in commercial law, with more than 25 years of professional experience. She has emphasis on health and health regulatory matters, as well as intellectual property.

As a member of the Intellectual Property and Competition Practices Groups, in the regulatory field, she concentrates her advice to local and foreign companies in Life Sciences and their legislation, especially in the pharmaceutical sector, cannabis industry, medical devices, cosmetics and care, biomedical devices and equipment, among others.

Andrea also coordinates the relationship with clients and the management of Health registration, Health Notifications, Health Permits and approvals before the competent Health Authorities both in Colombia and abroad, through the correspondents and supports all mergers and acquisitions transactions in relation to her expertise area.
