Andrés Fonseca Struss

Since he began his professional practice in 2011, Andrés has advised different national and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Likewise, he advises national and international clients in the structuring and negotiation of projects involving the sale and purchase of Colombian and cross-border shares and assets and the financing of energy and infrastructure projects. He also advises national and international clients on aspects associated with the management of investment vehicles, negotiation of shareholder agreements, structure of corporate bodies, dissolution and winding-up procedures, among others.
