Daniel, partner at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, is a lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience. As a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets area, Daniel focuses his practice on advising Colombian companies or local, international and multilateral financial institutions, on financing processes and debt and equity issuance transactions in national and international securities markets. Regarding M&A, he focuses primarily in transactions related with the financial, insurance and broker dealer sectors.
Daniel has been a visiting professor of the Master’s Degree in Finance at the ICESI University of Cali where he conducts a course on company finance.
