Paola, senior associate at Gómez-Pinzón, has more than 8 years of experience and is a member of the Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She has extensive experience in joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, as well as representing international and local clients in the acquisition and sale of Colombian companies and assets in Latinamerica. Her M&A practice focuses on domestic and cross-border deals, including transactions in different industries such as healthcare, financial services, energy, transportation, retail and port sectors.
