José Luis, partner of the Competition and Antitrust and Dispute Resolution areas of Barros & Errázuriz, has wide-ranging experienced in litigation and competition/antitrust law, being a key contributor in the most important cases related to domestic and international arbitration and competition before the TDLC.
He has also significant experience in administrative proceedings before the National Commission for the Investigation of Price Distortion for Imported Goods (Antidumping Authority).
