Carlos Cadillo

Carlos, partner at Miranda & Amado, focuses his professional practice in the following areas: employment, labor procedures, social security and immigration. He also has extensive experience as an arbitrator in collective negotiations. He has been an Associate of Miranda & Amado since 2008 and was appointed counsel in 2019. Currently he is a member of the Registry of Arbitrators of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion and has taught various courses at the Universidad del Pacífico, Universidad ESAN and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as exhibiting at events in various universities, chambers of commerce, societies, ministries and other institutions.
