Tomás Kovacevic

Tomás, partner of the Tax group at Barros & Errázuriz, is a tax specialist with more than eleven years of experience. He has participated in several tax structuring transactions for various businesses and industries, for local and international companies, including local and international taxation matters, application of international treaties, reorganizations, preparation of legal opinions, funds, among others.
During 2018 and 2020, Tomás was in charge of coordinating the technical teams for the design and drafting of the 2020 Tax Reform (Law No. 21,210), as Tax Policy Advisor of the Ministry of Finance, along with speaking at various seminars in Chile and abroad on behalf of that position.
