Fernando, together with being a founding partner of Barros & Errázuriz, is responsible for the tax area and also participates actively in other specialties, such as the development of investment projects, implementation of corporate and financial structures, analysis of business strategies, all with a focus on the development of new business or modernization of those already existing.
