He also advises issuers on regulatory and compliance matters and procedures related to regulatory authorities.
Martín advises issuers and companies in regulated sectors in the adoption of ESG standards, in the implementation of compliance programs aligned with the ESG strategy of companies and leads the firm’s ESG/Compliance practice.
Lorenza, partner at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, has participated in structured financings, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and energy matters, including joint ventures, corporate and asset acquisitions, as well as tourist developments, with experience in advising buyers, sellers, and investors in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, also in the purchase and sell of private companies, buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures in Mexican target companies.
She has been an integral part in several sales of highly valuable assets owned or controlled by Mexican governmental agencies. She also focuses her practice on legal and regulatory aspects of real estate investments and strategic transactions in the hotels, resorts & tourism, manufacturing, commercial and construction industries, including refinancing, purchases, negotiation and settlement of agreements, among others.
Gabriela, partner at Miranda & Amado, focuses her practice on the design, consultation, negotiation and structuring of various financing transactions, both from the side of local and international financial institutions participating as lenders and from the side of companies involved as obligors, including project finance, syndicated loans, acquisition facilities, public and private offerings of securities, among others.
