Bruno, partner at Miranda & Amado, leads the Compliance team of the firm. His professional practice is concentrated in Mergers and Acquisitions, cross-border transactions, project finance, dispute resolution (investment arbitration), and in commercial, corporate and civil law.
He has led mergers and acquisitions in Peru and in other countries of the region under Peruvian and foreign law, in the latter case together with some of the region’s major law firms.
