Francisco Bórquez, partner of the Competition & Antitrust areas of Barros & Errázuriz, has centered his practice on all antitrust issues, including investigations on cartels, unilateral conducts and concentration operations before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, and contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal.

He advises clients from a wide range of industries, particularly telecommunications, media, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, energy and retail, with a solid and consolidated practice in the field of antitrust before national authorities in the field.
