Lisbeth Benavides

Her professional practice concentrates mainly in Financing and Bankruptcy Law. She has ample experience advising companies, both form the debtor and creditor side, in all forms of financing structures, including syndicated loans, project finance, asset securitization, leasings, acquisition financing, among others. She also has experience advising clients within reorganization, liquidation and insolvency proceedings. She has been an Associate in Miranda & Amado since 2010. Lisbeth is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima with an LL.M. from Harvard University. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
