Matías Montoya

Matías, counsel of the Environment practice of the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources group at Barros & Errázuriz, has centered his experience in environmental issues in both the public and private sectors, delivering strategic integral advice to different investment projects within the framework of their design, environmental proceedings, citizen participation, indigenous consultation, permit attainment, representation in administrative appeals, and in judicial appeals before the environmental courts and supreme court.

In addition, he has participated in numerous transactions, finance projects, due diligence processes, and contracts, all from a regulatory perspective.
