Oscar, partner at Barros & Errázuriz, has more than 25 years of experience in legal advice for the development of real estate, industrial, road and energy projects. He is legal advisor of real estate projects of all kinds, accompanying his clients in the analysis of their locations, structuring of the business, financing, construction, permits, real estate co-ownership, and the commercialization thereof, which is reflected in long-term clients at our firm.
Within his real estate area of practice, he has developed a special area of territorial planning, urban and environmental regulation, acquiring an important role in the national real estate market in administrative matters, land planning and management and urban regulation, advising energy, real estate, commercial, industrial and sanitary companies in these matters.
