Roberto Perez-Prieto

Roberto, senior associate at Miranda & Amado, focuses his professional practice in commercial arbitration and judicial litigation in civil, commercial, constitutional and administrative disputes. He is specialized in designing and executing legal strategies for his clients, such us hearing preparation, witness preparation and the realization of the oral allegation. He teaches “Evidence Law” and “Oral allegation skills”, both in Law School and the Procedural Law Master Program in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
