María Teresa Diez

María Teresa Diez, senior associate of the Real Estate group at Barros & Errázuriz, has focused her practice on real estate, corporate and urban planning matters, providing advice to clients for the acquisition, planning, development and administration of residential and commercial real estate projects in Chile.

María Teresa has extensive experience in the preparation of title deed studies, promises of purchase and sale, purchase and sales, leases, regulations, among other civil matters, as well as in notarial and registry matters. Likewise, she has participated in advising Chilean and foreign companies on due diligence processes related to their areas of practice.
