Isidora Fernández

Isidora, senior associate of the Dispute Resolution group at Barros & Errázuriz, has focused her professional practice in civil and commercial litigation before the ordinary courts and superior courts of justice, as well as arbitration proceedings.

She also has extensive experience in consumer protection lawsuits, collective actions and constitutional actions. In addition, she continuously performs as an Actuary of Arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CAM Santiago) and in Partition Judgments.

Isidora also is the Pro Bono Coordinator of Barros & Errázuriz.
