Juan Pablo Betancourt

Juan Pablo, senior associate at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, has extensive experience in corporate law in general, mergers and acquisitions, and in financial law, both stock and banking.

He has advised buyers, sellers and national and foreign investors in acquisitions, mergers and strategic alliances. He has also represented clients in the authorization, constitution and start-up of operations of various institutions in the financial sector.
