Alejandro, partner at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, Alejandro has more than 15 years of professional experience. He focuses his practice on international taxation and corporate finance advisory (tax perspective). He is an expert in the structuring of financial instruments (equity, debt, derivatives and hybrids), investment funds and international tax advice in M&A projects, real estate, private equity and project finance.
He has been a professor of tax law and modules on international taxation and financial instruments at several universities including Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de los Andes and Universidad del Rosario.
