Enrique, partner at Miranda & Amado, focuses his professional practice on infrastructure project development and financing, multilateral and corporate financing, capital markets, regulation and competition law. Enrique has participated in several of the most important transactions, investigations, and cases carried out in Peru in the past decade. He has written extensively, and is a frequent lecturer, on matters relating to his field of expertise in Peru and abroad.
