Mara, senior associate of the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources group in Barros & Errázuriz, has centered his practice on environmental issues, advising companies in legal disputes before environmental authorities, enforcement proceedings, compliance programs, impact assessment procedures, permitting issues and strategic planning in environmental matters.

Additionally, it regularly participates in the review of environmental, sanitary and territorial regulatory aspects, in due diligence processes related to various national and foreign transactions. It has also participated in the financing of various projects involving wind farms, solar plants, hydroelectric plants, power transmission lines, mining projects and desalination plants, among others. Finally, she has advised on audits and sanction procedures carried out before the Superintendence of the Environment.
