María Camila, senior associate at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, has more than 13 years of experience in urban law, as well as in advising companies in the real sector in the structuring of real estate projects and land development, procedures before administrative authorities of different nature at national level, obtaining urban licenses, administrative procedures before district and national entities.

She has provided accompaniment in obtaining partial plans and other instruments for land management, obtaining urban licensing and in predial procurement processes, for public utility projects or social interest, such as urban renewal and public works construction.
