María Olga Rivera

María Olga, partner of the Projects and Finance group at Barros & Errázuriz, has more than 10 years of experience, focusing her practice mainly on project and corporate financing, infrastructure transactions and merger and acquisitions. She has advised national and international lenders, investors, sponsors and borrowers in all aspects regarding to a project finance, particularly in port, mining and energy sector. She has taken part in projects related to the acquisition of electric companies, the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal, the development of the first sulfuric acid production plant in the country, construction and financing of projects in the infrastructure area.
