Francisco, partner at Barros & Errázuriz, has over 20 years of experience, being his main areas of practice development of projects and project finance, corporate financing, infrastructure transactions, energy and corporate advice in general.

He has participated in several local and international transactions of structured financing of projects, representing banks and financial institutions, institutional investors, credit and export promotion agencies, multilaterals and sponsors.

He has also advised sponsors, developers, builders and operators in the development and execution of projects in the areas of infrastructure (energy, airport, port, land, mining, hospital, among others) and energy (generation and electric transmission projects).
