Juan Luis, partner at Miranda & Amado, has focuses his practice on the financial industry, having assisted major Peruvian banks, companies and holdings in the issuance of over 45 international debt securities, hybrids and securitizations, including several liability management processes. He has also participated in several asset and company acquisition financings in Peru and other countries of the Pacific Alliance.
